A mid 19th Century tortoise shell Tea Caddy of serpentine outline, the hinged lid inlaid with a mother of pearl panel and further panels to the front, the interior fitted with two covered containers with mother of pearl lifts and ivory border, raised on four compressed bun feet. 8" (20 cms) wide.
