Description:
The land is formed of a single grass field, extending to a total of 6.25 acres. The land is Grade 3 and is part of the Wick 1 soil classification, described as deep well drained course loamy and sandy soils, locally over gravel.

Main Terms of Agreement:
The property is available to let on a Farm Business Tenancy Agreement, as a whole under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. Rent Payment:
